Filipina-American, Rae Quinto, the founder of AVO™ Brows and Beauty was born and raised in San Diego, California, and fell in love with the vibrant city of Manila during her first visit.

With the evolving techniques of micropigmentation, popular permanent cosmetic procedures such as microblading, lip blushing, and permanent eyeliner are also on the rise in the Philippines.
Rae is the most sought-after microblading artist and trainer in San Diego. She is booked out months in advance as she specializes in personalized brow designs and ongoing support for her students. Rae prides herself in always staying up to date with the newest trends and tools in micropigmentation.
