Municipal Mayor of Taytay, Rizal, Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon is the incumbent municipal mayor of Taytay, Rizal, known for his leadership approach centered on the principle of "Serbisyong May Ngiti” — a public service philosophy rooted in compassion, approachability, and genuine concern for his constituents. Before assuming the mayoralty on "June 30, 2022", Mayor De Leon steadily built his public service career through various local government roles, including positions as *Barangay Councilor*, "Municipal Councilor", and "Punong Barangay". These grassroots experiences shaped his understanding of community needs and strengthened his commitment to participatory governance.
He holds a "Master’s degree in Public Administration", equipping him with a solid academic foundation in governance, public policy, and administrative leadership. Under his tenure, Taytay has seen increased efforts in social services, community development, and local economic recovery, despite challenges posed by both political and social scrutiny.
