Mister Philippines, John Bonifacio, was crowned Mister Cosmopolitan 2026, becoming the first Philippine representative to win the title in the pageant’s run.

By bringing together gentlemen from different corners of the world, Mister Cosmopolitan also continues its mission to provide equal opportunities and a global platform for its delegates to represent their countries with pride and purpose.
John Bonifacio’s victory was supported by an impressive royal court, reflecting the international competitiveness of the event:
Nkosikhono Roro (South Africa) — 1st Runner-Up
Tong Sanchai (Thailand) — 2nd Runner-Up
Enis Cetinkaya (Türkiye) — 3rd Runner-Up
Fran Caceres (Spain) — 4th Runner-Up
