Taytay Powers Toward a Greener Future with Solar Energy Collaboration

Taytay is embracing innovation and sustainability! In an exciting step toward renewable energy, Amsteel Structures Inc. and Dantru Development Corp. joined forces with RPConnect Corp., led by CEO Mr. Noubikko P. Ulanday, and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO) to explore a potential solar energy project for the municipality.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to clean energy, local job creation, and sustainable investment. Discussions were led by Sir Aaron Kaw, EVP of Amsteel Structures, and Mary Ann Dizon, highlighting the company’s structural engineering expertise. From Dantru Development Corp., President Floriendelyn Sibonga, COO Arsenio Robledo Jr., and CFO Rita Sibonga actively explored the project’s feasibility. Coordination was expertly managed by LEDIPO, under the guidance of Mayor Allan De Leon and Atty. Dustin Regalado, with support from Cristina F. Gonzales and the LEDIPO team Meme Borja, Ac Santos and Warren Sedan.
The excitement continued on-site, with Ms. Sibonga, the project architect, and Engr. Jojo conducting an ocular inspection to evaluate technical requirements, site conditions, and solar installation possibilities. RPConnect’s Mr. Noubikko P. Ulanday played a key role in connecting private expertise with Taytay’s local development priorities.
Although still in the planning stage, this collaboration signals a bright and sustainable future for Taytayeños. The project promises not only green energy but also potential employment opportunities, skills development, and new business ventures.
