Best-selling author Colleen Hoover (second from left) hosted an early screening of the latest movie adaptation of one of her works, Regretting You, in Dallas, Texas, in late September. With her are fellow producers Brunson Green, Anna Todd and Flavia Viotti.

“So much fun!” 

Said Colleen Hoover about hosting the first public screening of Regretting You, the latest movie adaptation of one of her books. The event was hosted by Hoover and her fellow best-selling author Anna Todd, who is also a producer for the film. 

CoHo fans who got to join the screening had a lot of fun as well, enjoying a brief Q&A between Hoover and Todd, before watching the movie, which earned enthusiastic applause and widespread praise from the audience.

Nikki Snook, a producer for “Entertainment Tonight” enjoyed the film and invited everyone to see it too: “I loved the film, I cried, laughed and it’s a perfect film to see with girlfriends. I hadn’t read the book but now that you gave it to me, I want to read it. This is the perfect movie for women, daughters, mothers and friends. I’m telling everyone to see it.”

Perri Nemiroff from Collider praised the cast in her post, particularly Mckenna Grace, who plays Clara Grant. “Such a perfect film for what it is. Mckenna can really embrace any character. I really loved her performance.”
