Gentozala unfairly charged

Beautiful City of Iloilo is not spared with bad business practice.

The business world could become unfair and victims suffer. Duane Gentozala was unfairly treated when news brought a negative impact. He was charged suspected carnapper in Barangay Zone 1, Tubungan, Iloilo.

Gentozala’s apprehension was staged to destabilize his business. It's a comedy for many, but its not fair in reality. His friends were shocked and did not believe, but an explanation to the public was made and was necessary. True enough, it became an entertainment soap opera, but the practice was unfair.

Investigators said Gentozala was a respected real estate developer and businessman in the municipality who was a victim of unfair practice in the business circle. The business community agrees and supports him.

He was apprehended with a car that was used as a payment for a debt but that car was later reported as stolen. The police report claimed as carnapped and was shocking to many. It was later resolved but the damage to Gentozala should have never happen.

Gentozala advises businessmen to be very careful not to accept any form of payment unless it has a police clearance that is free from any encumbrances.
